We are seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented Regional MFCS (Material Flow Control Software) Specialist to join the Operation Support Center. In this role, you will monitor and troubleshoot automated systems across multiple sites throughout North America to ensure optimal performance and reliability. You will work closely with technical teams to maintain system integrity, respond to alerts in real time, and implement training programs that align with startup goals for new projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
System Monitoring & Control: Continuously monitor automated systems and operational performance across multiple North American locations to ensure flow stability.
Incident Management: Diagnose and resolve system failures promptly to minimize downtime.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze system performance data; prepare regular reports for management.
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability and throughput.
Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and cybersecurity protocols.
Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of system activities, incidents, and resolutions for audit and knowledge sharing.
Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to implement updates and troubleshooting complex issues.
Help maintain strategic labor planning and reduce labor costs by assisting in remote coverage.
Training & Support: Provide guidance to operator trainees and assist in onboarding new team members.
Travel Support: Perform on-site visits (25-50%) for system startups, upgrades, and hands-on troubleshooting at various North American facilities.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and best practices relevant to system operations.
