What are the responsibilities and job description for the Newcoast Titling Specialist position at Newcoast?
OVERVIEW: The Titling Specialist is responsible for providing customers a service which includes the vessel/trailer/RV registration of their new purchase. They will also maintain product files and offer support in various areas within the company including Products and Sales.
KEY TASKS:
- Accurately complete the entire title work process on all new and used vessels,RV’s and other purchases in numerous states in a timely fashion.
- Maintain all customer deal files.
- Handle calls to and from customers, tag offices and federal offices concerning title related issues.
- Maintain good working relationship with customers by providing timely processing of vessel registrations.
- Keep organized system of tracking file transfers.
- Assist with receptionist area and answering phones as needed.
- Assist Marine Agent as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
