Job Summary
The Newcastle Elementary/Charter School is a TK-8 school. This certificated position works under the supervision of the Director of Special Education. The Speech Language Pathologist teaches individuals with a variety of disabilities with areas of need in communication, speech and/or language. The specialist provides instruction to promote the academic, communication, language, and social needs of students.
Requirements / Qualifications
Valid Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential-Language, Speech and Hearing, including Special Class Authorization Completion of clinical fellowship year (candidates may be considered) Job-related experience within specialized field Valid California Driver’s License National Certifications in ASHA/CCC First Aid/CPR Certifications
