Ready to take your leadership to the next level? Newbury Living is looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional to lead a portfolio of affordable housing communities while ensuring top-tier compliance and operational excellence.
In this high-impact role, you’ll:
- Lead and inspire property teams across multiple communities
- Drive strong financial performance and high occupancy
- Oversee compliance with HUD, LIHTC, HOME, and other affordable housing programs
- Build relationships with owners, vendors, and government partners
- Ensure properties are running smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experienced in affordable housing compliance and property management
- Experienced with RealPage and/or Appfolio software platforms
- Energized by solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and supporting teams
- Passionate about making a difference in communities
