Apartment Turnovers
Maintenance Repairs
Preventative Maintenance
Inspections
Vendor Coordination
Resident Relations
After-hours emergency response/coordination
Who We're Looking For
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
A team player with excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills
A can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
3 years of apartment maintenance experience is preferred
Must possess a valid Iowa driver's license and vehicle insurance
Must pass a background check and drug screening
