Key Responsibilities

Manage the unit turn process:
- Assist in scheduling and following up with construction crews for completion of unit turns
- Coordinate with construction and maintenance to ensure apartments are prepared on schedule and meet quality expectations.

Partner with the Property Manager:
- Prioritize daily and weekly projects to align with portfolio goals.
- Communicate and collaborate needs to complete projects

Oversee move-outs:

Coordinate key returns, assess damages, and assign move-out charges.

Communicate final accounting items with the accounting team.
- Complete a scope of work with Maintenance
- Assist in scheduling and following up with construction crews for completion of unit turns

Maintain property quality: Regularly inspect common areas, landscaping, and exteriors to ensure curb appeal and cleanliness.
Requirements
