We are seeking a dependable and motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling, organizing, and preparing materials for shipment while ensuring accuracy and safety at every step. The ideal candidate is physically capable of lifting heavy packages, comfortable working on their feet throughout the day, and able to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to provide excellent service to customers during will call order pickups.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include both receiving and outbound shipment coordination. In receiving, you are responsible for ensuring proper receipt of new inventory. This entails checking for damaged items and ensuring quantities ordered match the receipt. Afterwards, inventory must be stored and secured in a proper manner. On the outbound side, you are responsible for using a software system to print and fill orders. That process includes making boxes, counting inventory, and packing inventory correctly. Additional responsibilities include sweeping floors, taking trash out, recycling pallets and more. Training will be provided.

Qualifications And Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs throughout the day
- Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
- Ability to operate a forklift (valid forklift license is a plus)
- Learn and use warehouse software to print labels and ship orders
- Load and unload trailers with packages of various sizes and weights
- Provide excellent customer service when assisting will call customers
- Maintain organized, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations
- Demonstrate strong time-management skills and attention to detail
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary : $18 - $20
