We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations within our dynamic office environment. Duties
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team activities
- Manage scheduling, calendar appointments, and multi-line phone systems
- Handle vendor management, including negotiations and maintaining professional relationships
- Oversee bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Coordinate event planning and training & development sessions for staff
- Maintain filing systems, front desk responsibilities, and phone etiquette standards
- Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding, employee records management, and policy implementation
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
- Support medical office management if applicable
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Supervising experience preferred with team management capabilities
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, calendar management tools, and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in clerical and bookkeeping tasks
- Experience in event planning, vendor management, payroll, budgeting, and human resources is desirable
- Background in medical office management or front desk operations is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette and training & development skills
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
