Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations within our dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive background in office administration. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, coordinating vendor relationships, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office processes. Experience in event planning, human resources, and office management is highly valued to support our team’s growth and efficiency.

Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure productivity and efficiency
  • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team activities
  • Manage scheduling, calendar appointments, and multi-line phone systems
  • Handle vendor management, including negotiations and maintaining professional relationships
  • Oversee bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Coordinate event planning and training & development sessions for staff
  • Maintain filing systems, front desk responsibilities, and phone etiquette standards
  • Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding, employee records management, and policy implementation
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
  • Support medical office management if applicable

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
  • Supervising experience preferred with team management capabilities
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, calendar management tools, and multi-line phone systems
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in clerical and bookkeeping tasks
  • Experience in event planning, vendor management, payroll, budgeting, and human resources is desirable
  • Background in medical office management or front desk operations is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette and training & development skills

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
