Nutrition Dining Site Coordinator (Part-Time)
NewBridge is a non-profit organization that helps provide older adults a bridge to successful aging. Our agency provides a wide variety of services and programs primarily for low-income individuals, aged 60 and older. We are seeking someone who is passionate about seeing older adults thrive and has experience and relatability in racially diverse settings.
Responsibilities
The Nutrition Dining Site Coordinator works with the Nutrition Program Manager and volunteers to provide a daily meal. This individual handles the daily coordination of older adult meals at our various meal site locations.
Education and/or Experience
- High school degree or GED certificate.
- Six months to one-year related experience and/or training are preferred.
Requirements
- Serving Safe Food Certification. Certification is not required in order to apply for this position. NewBridge will pay for you to obtain certification.
Schedule
- 3-3.5 hours per day.
- 2-3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday); 9:30 am – 1:30 pm
- Opportunity to work additional hours substituting at our various nutrition sites as needed.
Salary and Benefits
- $16/hour, this position does not qualify for employee benefits.
