Duties

• Engage with prospective clients through outbound sales calls, cold calling, and B2B (business-to-business) outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
• Conduct high-end passenger car sales by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, and demonstrating features to enhance their buying experience.
• Negotiate deals effectively by leveraging strong communication skills, automotive financing knowledge, and upselling techniques to maximize sales outcomes.
• Build and maintain robust customer relationships through personalized service, follow-up communications, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems support.
• Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management processes to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand.
• Close deals efficiently by guiding clients through the entire sales process—from initial inquiry to final deal closing—while ensuring compliance with dealership policies.
• Support the sales team by providing excellent customer service, maintaining organized records of interactions, and contributing to achieving dealership sales targets.

Skills

• Proven experience in automotive or retail sales with a focus on passenger cars or high-end vehicles.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and client relationship building abilities.
• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, B2B sales, and upselling techniques.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management tools for tracking leads and customer interactions.
• Exceptional organizational skills with an emphasis on inventory management and retail math proficiency.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional phone etiquette and public speaking skills.
• Knowledge of automotive financing options, deal closing strategies, and dealership operations enhances your effectiveness in this role.
