Key Responsibilities
- Perform phlebotomy procedures with accuracy, efficiency, and minimal patient discomfort
- Collect and properly label blood specimens as ordered by physicians
- Ensure specimens are handled and transported according to laboratory standards
- Support lab staff with day-to-day laboratory tasks as needed
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all safety and compliance standards

Requirements
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program or equivalent training and experience
- One year of prior experience preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
