Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or combination education and experience) required.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising, development, donor relations, sales, marketing, community engagement, or nonprofit leadership.
- Demonstrated success in building relationships and achieving fundraising, business development, or organizational growth goals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Experience working with executive leadership, boards, committees, or community organizations preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and donor management/database systems.
- Valid driver's license and ability to attend community events and meetings as needed.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience in healthcare philanthropy, nonprofit fundraising, or foundation management.
- Knowledge of charitable giving strategies, donor stewardship, and fundraising best practices.
