Entry-Level Frontier Account Representative Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily team coordination and provide guidance to team members while developing leadership skills as an entry-level Frontier Account Representative
- Support sales activities by working directly with customers, demonstrating products or services, and helping guide customers through purchasing decisions
- Monitor sales performance and help the entry-level Frontier Account Representative team stay focused on meeting individual and team goals
- Work in-person, alongside experienced leaders to learn management strategies used by successful Sales Team Leader professionals
- Participate in team meetings, sales training sessions, and strategy discussions as part of your development as an entry-level Frontier Account Representative
- Help maintain positive relationships with customers and provide professional service throughout the sales process
- Assist with mentoring newer team members and help reinforce best practices used by strong Sales Team Leader professionals
Entry-Level Frontier Account Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent level of education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team while taking initiative when needed
- Organized with good time management and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn leadership and sales strategies
- Previous experience as a Sales Team Leader, in sales, retail, or customer service, is a plus, but not required
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable in a goal-oriented environment
- A love for the technology and telecommunications industry is advantageous
Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
