Client Account Representative (Sales & Account Management)

Location: Anna, TX (Office-Based)

Full-Time | 45 hrs/week (Peak Season 60 hrs/week)

Compensation: $55,000 – $80,000 per year (Base Commission Structure)

Job Summary We are seeking a high-energy, tech-savvy Client Account Representative to join our fast-paced lawn and landscape team. This role requires speed, accuracy, and a hunter's mentality. You will be responsible for rapidly converting inbound leads into new clients, managing a high volume of client communications, and performing digital property audits to upsell services.

The ideal candidate is performance-driven: as you actively upgrade existing accounts and expand the services our clients receive, your earning potential scales directly with your success.

Key Responsibilities

High-Volume Sales & Conversion

  • Respond swiftly to inbound calls, web leads, and service requests to convert them into new customers.
  • Recommend precise mowing, lawn care, and landscape service packages that meet client needs with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Promote seasonal add-ons and minor services to drive immediate commission earnings.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach to past clients and warm leads to secure ongoing services.

Property Audits & Account Management

  • The "Hunter" Aspect: During the mid-to-late season, perform digital account audits on our existing database using CRM software, Google Earth, and property photos to identify gaps (e.g., overgrown beds, lack of mulch). Proactively pitch these upgrades to clients.
  • Capitalize on these upgrade opportunities to drive account revenue and maximize your overall commission earnings.
  • Serve as the main point of contact, delivering timely, solutions-focused responses to client questions to ensure retention.
  • Day-to-Day Client Success: Manage account logistics by answering basic scheduling inquiries and swiftly resolving service complaints. Actively turn positive interactions and client compliments into five-star online reviews to build our local reputation.

Horticulture & Administration

  • Learn the basics of North Texas horticulture (turf types, seasonal cycles, etc.) to speak confidently and accurately to homeowners. Training can be provided.
  • Maintain hyper-accurate client notes, activity logs, and communication history within our CRM to ensure field crews execute exactly what was sold.
  • Support sales campaigns and track performance metrics to improve conversion outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills

  • Sales Drive: Goal-driven and heavily motivated by performance-based commissions and account growth.
  • Tech-Fluidity: Comfortable moving fast in CRM systems, satellite imagery tools, and communication platforms.
  • Communication: Professional, friendly, and persuasive on the phone. You can handle a high volume of calls without losing accuracy.
  • Industry Experience: Home services experience is preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred to assist with field crew coordination, but not required.
  • Stamina: Comfortable working extended hours and managing multiple priorities during the fast-paced "Spring Rush" (up to 60 hours per week).

This is an office-based role with extended periods of sitting, requiring the ability to multitask and manage digital communication at scale, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
