Job Summary
The Elementary School Counselor provides a comprehensive school counseling program that supports students' academic achievement and social-emotional development. The counselor works collaboratively with students, families, teachers, administrators, and community partners to promote student success, address barriers to learning, and foster a safe, positive, and inclusive school environment. The counselor provides individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, classroom guidance, consultation, and referral services while advocating for the academic, personal, and social well-being of all students.

Education Stipends
• $1,000 Masters stipend
• $2,000 Doctorate stipend
• $1,500 National Board Certification stipend
