Newark Rehabilitaion is looking for a caring and compassionate Unit Manager to help lead our clinical team. The Unit Manager plans, organizes, develops, and assists with the direction of the overall operation of the nursing department to ensure the highest degree of quality resident care in accordance with all laws, regulations, and Company standards. Job Requirements:
Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited school.
Must possess current RN or LPN License and be in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
At least three years’ experience in nursing administration, including supervision, preferably in a long-term care setting. Knowledgeable about regulations and standards established by Medicare, Medicaid and state and city government.
