Busy Chiropractic and Pain Management office seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator/Receptionist. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with patients, insurance companies, and attorneys.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Greet and assist patients
- Verify insurance and obtain pre-authorizations
- Handle billing and communicate with insurance companies
- Maintain medical records and office documentation
- Assist chiropractor and therapy staff
- Follow up with patients and manage recall system
Qualifications:
- Medical office experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
- Knowledge of insurance and billing is a plus
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Pay: $600.00 - $720.00 per week
