Job Title: Technical Test Manager
Position Type: Long Term Contract
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end test planning governance and execution across multiple work streams and applications
Establish and oversee testing processes standards metrics and quality controls
Manage and coordinate testing activities including functional automation performance security and integration testing
Drive adoption of shift left testing practices and quality engineering principles
Oversee test data management and test environment management strategies
Collaborate with business technology and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes
Track and report quality metrics KPIs risks and testing progress through dashboards and executive presentations
Leverage AIdriven tools and solutions to improve testing productivity efficiency and coverage
Support Agile SAFe delivery teams by ensuring quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle
