Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative development and production of an original fiction audio experience from initial concept through final delivery.
- Collaborate with writers, voice talent, production teams, and technologists to develop engaging, immersive narratives.
- Manage creative talent and external production partners, including offers, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Partner with technical teams to explore emerging technologies and innovative storytelling techniques.
- Prototype and test creative concepts, incorporating audience research and feedback to refine the experience.
- Oversee production budgets, schedules, quality standards, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, production partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with production, marketing, and PR teams to support launch readiness.
- Ensure all final production assets, documentation, and workflows are delivered upon project completion.
Qualifications
- Strong background in creative production, preferably within scripted audio, narrative podcasts, entertainment, or immersive storytelling.
- Experience managing creative projects from initial development through final production and delivery.
- Proven ability to collaborate with writers, creative talent, production teams, and external vendors.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and managing multiple production workstreams.
- Familiarity with emerging creative technologies and an interest in experimenting with new production methods.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to balance creative vision with operational execution and tight production deadlines.
- Experience with innovative, interactive, or technology-driven storytelling is a plus.
