Support the modernization roadmap for the end-to-end lead lifecycle of sales lead management
Document business requirements, process maps for modernization journey in Marketing or Sales Transformation projects
Create user stories, acceptance criteria based on business requirements
Evaluate existing lead processes and identify modernization opportunities including automation, AI, scoring, data enrichment, and Omni channel capture.
Redesign lead definitions, lifecycle stages, SLAs, routing rules, and qualification criteria for a modern, unified funnel.
Establish an architecture that supports high velocity inbound, outbound, digital, and partner-sourced leads"
