Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Tandem Tech Lead to lead the analysis, design, and development of applications in Tandem environments. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying opportunities for automation, proposing effective solutions, and collaborating with business stakeholders. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Tandem technologies and the ability to lead initiatives from requirement gathering to deployment.
Responsibilities:
Analyze existing Tandem-based applications and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to propose and implement automation solutions.
Design, develop, test, and deploy applications within Tandem environments.
Lead technical discussions, provide mentorship to team members, and ensure best practices in development and deployment
Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and maintenance of applications.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
