Implementation Experience:
Must have implemented at least 2 full HCM Cloud Projects as the Lead Functional Consultant for the entire Talent Suite on HCM Cloud for a Global Organization
Must have implemented at least 1-2 Workforce Compensation Projects as the sole Compensation Lead for a Global Organization
Roles/Responsibilities:
This critical role will be responsible for leading the implementation, integration, and enhancements for our HCM system– particularly for L&D and Total Rewards – and overseeing the end-to-end processes on a global scale, across brands.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all Talent, total rewards, and L&D-related matters
Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM experience
