Strategy Director
Seeking an experienced Strategy Director to lead business, brand, and organizational transformation initiatives for global clients. This role partners with executive leadership to develop strategic frameworks that align brand, culture, customer experience, and business growth while leading multidisciplinary teams through complex engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategy engagements across brand strategy, business transformation, organizational design, innovation, and culture.
- Develop strategic frameworks informed by market research, customer insights, and executive interviews.
- Advise C-suite leaders, facilitate executive workshops, and build trusted client relationships.
- Drive organizational transformation through culture assessments, stakeholder alignment, and change management initiatives.
- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams while contributing to thought leadership and the evolution of strategic methodologies.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in strategy consulting, brand strategy, management consulting, innovation, organizational transformation, or a related field.
- Proven success leading complex strategy engagements for Fortune 500 organizations.
- Expertise in brand strategy, brand architecture, organizational design, messaging, innovation, and qualitative/quantitative research.
- Strong executive presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex research into actionable business recommendations and mentor high-performing teams.
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
