We’re looking for a New Business Associate to support the growth and business development efforts of a fast-paced creative agency. This role is ideal for someone who comes from an agency environment and understands the pace, storytelling, and relationship-building involved in winning new business within the creative industry.
Responsibilities
• Support leadership across the full business development lifecycle including outreach, discovery, pitch, close, and follow-up
• Manage and maintain the new business pipeline and CRM, ensuring opportunities are accurately tracked and updated
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, communications, notes, and follow-ups for the BD team
• Conduct research on prospective clients, competitors, and market opportunities to help inform business development strategy
• Help craft pitch responses, proposals, and presentations by curating case studies and shaping compelling narratives
• Build and maintain capabilities decks, one-sheets, and other business development collateral
• Participate in client calls, pitch meetings, and internal growth discussions as needed
• Support relationship management efforts across prospective and existing accounts
Qualifications
• 2 years of experience in business development, growth, strategy, account management, or a creative agency environment
• Must come from an agency background
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Experience supporting pitches, proposals, or client presentations
• Strong strategic thinking with an understanding of storytelling and brand positioning
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Monday.com or HubSpot is a plus
• Passion for creativity, design, and building long-term partnerships
• NYC-based preferred, ET timezone required
Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
