Freelance Senior Visual Designer - Digital Design Agency

We’re partnering with a leading digital design agency to bring on a Freelance Senior Visual Designer to support a range of high-impact client work. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in both concept development and hands-on execution, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead visual concepting and ideation across digital campaigns and brand experiences
- Translate strategic direction into compelling, polished design solutions
- Execute across a variety of digital touchpoints (web, social, campaigns, product interfaces)
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, strategists, and cross-functional teams
- Maintain high design standards while managing multiple projects and deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in visual design, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing both conceptual thinking and refined execution
- Expertise in digital design systems, typography, layout, and branding
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and related platforms
- Ability to take ownership of projects from idea through delivery
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working with well-known brands or large-scale campaigns
- Motion or interaction design experience is a plus
