We are hiring an Interactive Recruiter to join our Altamonte Springs office. The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting in our core disciplines while partnering closely with hiring managers and internal leadership. We specialize in placing interactive, creative, marketing, and digital talent across contract and full-time roles. We operate as a tight-knit, high accountability team that values professionalism, transparency, and consistent performance.
What You Will Do
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates across our core skill sets
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Partner with internal sales and account teams to understand client needs
- Track activity and performance metrics consistently
- Represent Synergy Interactive professionally with candidates and clients
What We Are Looking For
- Recruiting experience in creative, marketing, digital, or interactive roles preferred
- Agency recruiting experience is strongly preferred
- A high level of self ownership, work ethic, and internal drive — someone who takes accountability for their pipeline and results without needing to be managed closely
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- High level of organization and accountability
- Comfort working in a fast paced, in office environment
- Ability to manage multiple searches at the same time

- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Bullhorn preferred
Work Schedule
- Onsite in Altamonte Springs Monday through Thursday
- Work from home on Fridays
