The New York State Unified Court System is seeking a Court Analyst (Records Specialist) in the New York County Clerk's Office. This position will assist the Scanning Department with various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing workloads.
- Training agency staff on scanning procedures.
- Performing quality‑assurance reviews.
- Participating in the development and implementation of a long‑term digitization strategy for county clerk records.
- The position also serves in a backup supervisory capacity when required.
- Supporting the Records and Archives departments with scanning activities and the appropriate destruction of court records.
Qualifications: One year in the Assistant Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Base Salary: $64,971 $4,920 Location Pay
