Duties Description

Under the direction of the Park Manager and Office Manager, the selected candidate will perform the following duties which include but are limited to:

• Greet visitors in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Communicate with patrons over the phone and in person about the park and partners in the park.
• Provide directions and information to the public as needed
• Conduct the sale of park merchandise at our gift shop
• Communicate with staff when guests arrive
• Be aware of the meeting schedule and help prepare rooms for meetings.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean greeters desk.
• Ensure all stationary is up to date and stocked.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
• Assist with concert parking and fee collection duties.

• Must be able to communicate effectively with other staff and park patrons in a responsible and courteous manner.
• Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, as well as with others.
• Ability to communicate in writing and to read and comprehend written material. Must be capable of doing basic math such as add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Possessing a valid driver’s license is encouraged but not required.
