Duties Description
Creating and compiling documents from various sites to be entered into internal databases and document submission portals/ sites. Performing repetitive tasks based off of amount of incoming workloads. Clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, copying & organizing documents.Email Management including sending, receiving, and organizing emails as directed.
Reviewing documents for accuracy and completion on contracts and other various transactions.
Communicate with internal and external staff such as internal Bureau staff, program contacts and vendors to provide assistance and support on contract compliance activities.
Ad Hoc Tasks such as compiling documents or researching/providing information needed for projects or tasks as requested by supervisors.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must be a matriculated undergraduate or graduate college student. Documentation of matriculation and enrollment in the Fall 2026 semester must be submitted with your resume.
Preferred Qualifications: The role requires specialized knowledge in administrative and business management practices to support and enhance workflow efficiency. This will also provide vital support in administrative and operational tasks daily. Currently these backfills are needed as our current group of student assistants are set to graduate this semester and some have already departed. Hiring in the potential new group ahead of their departure will allow us to provide training needed and allow the tasks currently held by the student assistants to transfer over upon graduating.
