Duties Description
The Health Program Administrator (HPA) will perform diverse professional administrative coordination, and operations support functions within the Bureau of Environmental Radiation Protection. They will provide support for financial management, recruitment, and program operations functions. The HPA will develop and manage grants, budgets, and contracts to ensure that expenditures are timely and appropriate. The incumbent will lead recruitment activities, and function as a liaison between the program and various administrative groups in the Department to support administrative operations.

A bachelor's or higher degree.*
Candidates with advanced degrees and/or relevant experience may be appointed at a higher level at agency discretion.
Preferred Qualifications: The preferred candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal skills. They will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service; ability to analyze and problem solve; expertise to work with various stakeholders inside and outside of the office; willingness to take initiative; resourcefulness and ability to work successfully in a team environment.
