Position Overview
Can’t get enough of Instagram and TikTok and interested in learning more about how social media can drive business results? If you love fitness and creating content, we’re looking for a creative, energetic intern to help grow our social media engagement! No prior work experience is needed, just passion, creativity, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn. You’re guaranteed to learn a ton about the fitness industry, marketing and social media strategy, content creation and analysis, and brand building. Must be at least 18 years of age, eligible to work in the US, and available to work in person in New York City.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Increase NYSC presence and engagement across social networks.
- Help create engaging social media content leveraging data-driven insights.
- Film and edit short videos with potential to “be the face of” our brand in select content.
- Partner with personal trainers and other team members to create high performing content.
- Research and identify top of social media trends, sounds, and challenges to keep our content fresh.
- Assist with community management, posting and scheduling content using simple tools.
- Make strategic recommendations and generate creative ideas to increase brand awareness and engagement using social channels.
- Utilize analytics to measure and maximize channel performance.
- Previous experience creating high-performing social media content, preferably for a brand.
- Active on social media (especially Instagram & TikTok).
- Love fitness, wellness, and content creation.
- Comfortable filming and being on camera (if needed).
- Creative, full of ideas, and up for trying new things.
- Reliable and organized.
- Basic video editing skills and knowledge of existing and emerging AI social media tools (CapCut, Veed.io, Instagram editing, etc.) are a plus!
- Hands-on experience in social media content creation.
