As part of our team, you’ll support and help execute social media and PR campaigns across client accounts, with daily responsibilities that may include:
- Strategizing and executing comprehensive social media marketing plans that integrate strong visual design and clear messaging
- Developing content topics and building out content calendars that align with each brand’s goals and audience
- Creating, curating, and managing all published content (images, video, and copy), with an emphasis on high-quality visuals and brand consistency
- Engaging in active monitoring, listening, and responding to users to cultivate brand loyalty and audience growth
- Supporting influencer outreach and community-building initiatives
- Designing, managing, and analyzing paid social media campaigns — especially Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
- Managing online reputation and reviews with polished, professional responses
- Assisting with design elements across platforms — from story templates to ad creative and landing pages
- Supporting PR efforts such as drafting press releases, developing pitch angles, researching media contacts, and coordinating influencer or media partnerships
- Ability to create engaging content for Instagram (especially Reels), TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Strong skills in graphic design (Canva) and video editing with an eye for luxury and modern aesthetics
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager — setting up, targeting, and optimizing campaigns is a major plus
- Understanding of marketing and branding strategy, with experience in content marketing and communications
- Strong copywriting skills — from short-form captions to long-form storytelling
- Proficiency with Canva, Google Suite, and social scheduling tools
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive — able to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Creative, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
- (Bonus) Experience or interest in public relations, influencer outreach, and media strategy
