Responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Assistant

• Connect directly with customers throughout the Franklin Square area and introduce Verizon products and services.
• Learn current internet plans, service features, and promotions to communicate the brand and its available options confidently.
• Ask questions about how customers use their home internet and what they value from their service.
• Explain speed, connectivity, and available plans in a clear way that reflects the brand professionally.
• Help customers compare options and identify services that fit their individual needs.
• Answer questions about products, pricing, features, and promotions while creating a positive brand experience.
• Guide interested customers through enrollment with accuracy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with other Sales and Marketing Assistant team members to strengthen customer outreach and support daily campaign goals.
• Continue developing as a Sales and Marketing Assistant through product education, coaching, and practical brand marketing experience.
