As a Business Management Associate, you'll work directly with customers throughout the community, introduce Verizon internet and connectivity options, and learn how strong customer relationships contribute to campaign growth. Every Business Management Associate receives hands-on coaching while developing the sales, organization, and leadership skills needed to take on greater responsibility over time.
Responsibilities of the Business Management Associate
- Connect directly with customers throughout the Franklin Square area and introduce Verizon products and services.
- Learn internet plans, features, and current promotions to confidently support sales conversations.
- Ask questions about customers' current internet usage and connectivity needs to identify relevant options.
- Explain available services clearly and turn customer needs into personalized sales recommendations.
- Guide interested customers through the sales and enrollment process with accuracy and professionalism.
- Learn how customer outreach, daily performance, and sales results contribute to overall campaign success.
- Work alongside other Business Management Associate team members to support daily goals and strengthen campaign execution.
- Develop stronger communication, organization, and sales skills through hands-on customer experience.
- Continue growing as a Business Management Associate by learning additional campaign and leadership responsibilities.
