Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining the organization and administrative operations of the nursing office
- Manage phone triage, including receiving and routing calls related to physicians and hospital coordination under supervision
- Maintain and update electronic systems, including scanning and logging medical documentation into EMR
- Support ordering and inventory management of medical supplies, including injectable and implant tracking
- Process purchase requisitions, match invoices and packing slips, and ensure proper approvals
- Act as liaison between vendors and internal teams (Patient Care Coordinators, Office Managers, Supply Chain, Facilities, Nursing Leadership)
- Monitor and communicate scheduling changes, equipment needs, and inventory issues to leadership (ONM, AONM, DON)
- Coordinate equipment repairs, track progress, and manage associated documentation and approvals
- Maintain and log implant returns and assist with monthly injectable inventory reporting
- Coordinate with anesthesia group to provide updated OR schedules
- Assist with surgical equipment reservations and coordinate logistics with Facilities Management
- Support nursing leadership with clearances, lab work, and daily staffing adjustments
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and assist in implementing process improvements
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of Nextech; generate reports as requested
- Take meeting minutes and assist with preparation and coordination of quarterly nursing meetings
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associate Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Compensation: $28.00-$30.00
