Program Overview Phase 1: Become a Financial Professional
- Develop firsthand knowledge of the client experience
- Build expertise in sales, marketing, and financial planning
- Access world-class training, coaching, and digital tools
- Offer a full suite of insurance and investment products (requires licensing)
Phase 2: Transition to Associate Partner
- After 12 months, enter a 6-month leadership training program
- Learn to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing agents
- Grow into a senior management role with expanding responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
- Sales or management experience
- Prior business ownership or advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)
- A drive to lead, grow, and make lasting impact
- Must meet performance milestones to advance

As Financial Professional:

- $60K–$150K salary (CA & WA minimums apply)
