Role Description The Financial Professional is a full-time, hybrid role based in Wall, NJ, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves meeting with clients to understand their financial goals, assessing their current financial situation, and developing tailored financial plans that may include insurance, investment, retirement, and advisory solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, preparing financial reports and proposals, presenting recommendations, and following up regularly to adjust plans as client needs evolve. The Financial Professional will also build and maintain a book of business through networking, referrals, and community engagement, while adhering to regulatory requirements and company compliance standards. Collaboration with internal specialists and participation in training and development programs are core components of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance, including understanding of financial products, markets, and personal financial concepts.
- Experience or training in Financial Planning, with the ability to design comprehensive strategies aligned with client goals.
- Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess risk, and prepare accurate Financial Reporting for clients and internal use.
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clear explanation of complex concepts, and professional client interaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred.
