Compensation: $75,000 - $105,000 at plan

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating effective pipeline management and deal closure.
• Strong communication skills to educate clients on life insurance benefits and options, empowering informed decisions.
• Ability to collaborate with team members, sharing insights and strategies to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Knowledge of industry trends and product updates to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions.
