We are looking for leadership-oriented managers hoping to advance their careers toward becoming partners in our general office. New York Life Insurance Company is currently recruiting participants for its Fast Track Management Program. You will start as a financial professional who works hand-in-hand with clients to build your experience as you move through the program’s requirements. Qualifications
- Sales experience necessary
- Knowledge of cultural markets a plus
- Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career
- Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus
- Required knowledge and experience working in the insurance or financial services field
- Complete the program requirements and join the management team as an associate partner
- Gain hands-on experience as a financial professional helping clients develop a long-term strategy to achieve their financial goals
- Determine financial solutions for clients within a breadth of relevant products and services such as life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, and more
- Select, hire, and grow your financial professionals team as an associate partner
- Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager
Salary : $60,000 - $100,000
