Fast Track to Management – Financial Services
New York Life’s Fast Track to Management Program is designed for motivated professionals with a background in sales, leadership, business development, or management who are interested in building a career in financial services and pursuing a path toward leadership.
Candidates begin their career as a Sales Professional, where they develop hands-on experience working with individuals, families, and businesses to help address their insurance and financial needs. During this stage, candidates receive training, mentorship, and professional development while building their own financial services practice.
Individuals who successfully meet the qualifications and requirements of the Fast Track program may have the opportunity to transition into a management path focused on recruiting, developing, and leading Sales Professionals.
What You'll Do
Develop relationships with individuals, families, and business owners
Help clients identify insurance and financial strategies based on their needs and goals
Build and develop your own financial services practice
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
Develop leadership, recruiting, and team-building skills
Work toward the qualifications required to pursue a management opportunity
As you progress into leadership, recruit, coach, and develop Financial Professionals
Who We're Looking For
We are interested in candidates who demonstrate:
Previous sales, management, leadership, recruiting, or business-development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A history of achievement and personal accountability
An ambitious and goal-oriented mindset
Interest in developing and leading others
Ability to build relationships and work with people from different backgrounds
Willingness to obtain required insurance and/or securities licenses, as applicable
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
