Responsibilities:
As Fast Track participants progress through the program, they are exposed to progressively challenging roles and responsibilities. The first 12 months are used to build competencies as an Financial Advisor in a client-facing role, before transitioning into a 6 month training program as an Associate Partner with 100% focus on building, leading, and developing a team. From there, individuals then graduate into a Partner role continuing to grow our impact in the North Central Florida area. This dynamic and growth-oriented approach allows individuals to rapidly expand their skill sets, take on leadership positions, and contribute meaningfully to the success of our organization.
