JOB DESCRIPTION
• Provide support for departmental programs and initiatives as assigned including Youth Football, Inspire Change, Crucial Catch, Sponsor Integration, etc.
• Implement gameday community relations initiatives throughout season at MetLife Stadium including the 50/50 Raffle.
• Attend and support community relations, youth football and team events.
• Learn and maintain the general donation database and fulfillment process. Training will be provided for system.
• Managing incoming and outgoing email, mail and phone communication to the community relations department.
• Coordinate inventory management, packing, shipping and ticket donation fulfillment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, proven ability to problem solve and act with a sense of urgency
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, willingness to accept all assignments, quick learner
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Must have own housing and transportation to and from Jets training facility, MetLife Stadium, special events
This position reports to the Vice President, Community Relations.

Position: 12-month Internship, Community Relations and Youth Football
The salary for this role: USD $16.00 per hour, depending on the specific qualifications of the successful candidate. Company benefit programs for seasonal employees include: robust medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k plan participation (after 1000 hours one year of service) with company-match; PTO, sick time.
