Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
* Assist with customer service inquiries, including order processing, tracking, and resolving issues.
* Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
* Coordinate with suppliers and vendors as needed.
* Assist with inventory management and stock organization.
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
*Experience using Quick Books Desktop.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in an office environment preferred.
