As a Real Estate Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our real estate team by handling administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate transactions. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the preparation and processing of real estate documents, such as listing agreements and agent/employee on-boarding.
- Coordinating property showings, inspections, agent recruitment, appointments and scheduling.
- Managing communication between clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Maintaining and organizing electronic and physical real estate files.
- Handling inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Performing general office duties, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, data entry and managing emails.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate administration or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in real estate is a bonus.
