We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to support our Corporate Communications and Public Affairs and Donor Engagement teams. This role is ideal for a design student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment. The intern will contribute to special projects, assist in building our graphic design asset library, support the rollout of our new graphic standards, and assist in the clean-up and organization of our SharePoint site.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and organization of graphic design assets to support new brand standards.
- Create and refine PowerPoint templates for internal and external communications.
- Help reorganize and standardize file naming conventions within our SharePoint system.
- Collaborate on special design projects and campaigns as needed.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all visual materials.
- Edit and format internal documents and communications.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Hybrid (In-person at Rye at least 3 days/week)
Education:
- High School Diploma . A current enrollee in a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills with attention to grammar, tone, and clarity.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage files and assets efficiently.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other digital collaboration tools.
- Experience creating visually engaging content for internal communications or social media is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools is beneficial.
