A successful driver will also need exceptional problem-solving skills to manage weather-related driving challenges and report any issues to management. - Assist and Serve: Provide excellent customer service to clients, donors, and team member s by building strong partnership s and relationships with hospitals, drive sponsors, and our staff . If the opportunity arises to interact with donors, c reate a welcoming and comfortable environment for them while ensuring safety procedures are adhered to.
- Handle Various Tasks: Be ready to tackle additional tasks as they come up to support our team during the drive with a “ can-do ” approach to meet our mission of saving lives .
What you'll need:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2-3 years of truck or bus driving experience.
- A valid/clean driver’s license.
- The ability to meet Department of Transportation (DO T) regulations.
- D emonstrated experience driving a straight truck and cargo van and non-cdl bus.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and accurately follow instructions are all required.
- P rovide all commercial driving positions held within the past ten years if any.
