ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project and Marketing Assistant to assist our very busy team in Real Estate Signage and Theatrical Merchandise Production. The Project and Marketing Assistant will assist in the production process, ensuring quality control, and maintaining customer service standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Day-to-day tasks include (but are not limited to!) coordinating signage and merchandise production, communicating with team members, responding and fielding requests, performing quality checks to ensure high standards, speaking with vendors, relaying information to Project Managers. The role requires a professional demeanor, an organized and administrative mindset, excellent communication skills, a creative instinct, and most importantly - a positive "we can make that happen" attitude!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Production Lead in coordination of signage and merchandise production
- Assist with spreadsheets, project tracking, pricing and timelines
- Communicate with vendors, clients and Project Managers regarding project details
- Help coordinate pack-outs, shipments and fulfillment of materials
- Review samples and proofs to ensure quality control
- Provide general administrative and organizational support
- Assist in brainstorming of product ideas for theatrical client base
MUST HAVES:
- Proficiency with macOS and Google workspace required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (we love Chat GPT, but want the real thing)
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
WOULD BE AMAZING:
- Previous experience in print, production, or general project coordinating
- Previous experience in merchandise production and/or sourcing
- A specialized interest in theater, theatrical performance, and merchandise
- Basic design skills for simple product mocks or presentations
COMPENSATION:
- 50,000 - 56,000 annually
