What You'll Do
- Meet customers as they arrive, understand what they're looking for, and guide them toward the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget
- Arrange test drives for all prospective buyers and follow dealership protocol for identification verification
- Walk customers through vehicle features, performance specs, and available options across both new and pre-owned inventory
- Hit monthly sales targets set by the sales manager and hold yourself accountable to consistent performance
- Review your numbers at the end of each day, week, and month to identify where to improve
- Maintain strong product knowledge across the full Ford new vehicle lineup and pre-owned inventory
What We're Looking For
- Prior automotive sales experience preferred; strong candidates from other sales backgrounds will be considered
- Solid customer service, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to work as part of a sales team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Must be willing to complete a background check
