Direct Support Professionals (DSP) provide caregiver assistance and support to the individuals that live at New Vista Oakwood’s beautiful campus-style setting. This includes participating in special occasions and community opportunities while always ensuring the safety, welfare, and the preservation of rights of clients.
Starting pay for DSPs is $17.83 per hour; $18.40 if you have your CNA, CMA or associate’s degree; $18.95 if you have a bachelor’s degree.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, reliable operating transportation and proof of current auto insurance
• Ability to meet criminal background, drug screening, and COVID-19 vaccine standards
