Responsibilities

- Utilize Montessori methods and other educational frameworks to enhance learning experiences.
- Conduct regular assessments of student progress through standardized testing and informal evaluations.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere for all children.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive curriculum that supports the growth of all students.
- Provide individualized support to children as needed, including tutoring in subjects such as math and literacy.
Requirements
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
